At Family Pride we strive to deliver your fresh produce and products as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, costs, geographic restrictions, and other important details to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery Timelines

We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 11 PM in eligible areas. For orders placed after 11 PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next business day morning. Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and external factors such as weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal and delivery location:

• Free delivery for orders above ₹199 (as per our delivery charge settings).
• For orders below ₹199 , a delivery charge of ₹ 20 applies.
• Additional packing charges may apply for certain items.

All charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently deliver to select pincodes in Delhi and surrounding areas. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. We provide updates on order preparation, dispatch, and delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic deliveries within India.
